To extend the lifespan of your NOOZ glasses, we recommend the following precautions:

• Cleaning: Use a microfiber cloth and a suitable cleaning solution. Avoid abrasive products.

• Storage: Always store your glasses in their hard case when not in use.

• Handling: Handle your glasses with both hands to avoid distortion.

• Avoid: Avoid extreme temperatures (above 50°C or below -10°C) that could damage the materials.

• Fast repair: We repair your glasses as quickly as possible, using original parts.

• Replacement: If repair is not possible, we will replace your glasses with an equivalent model.

a. Legal conformity guarantee (2 years)

• Your NOOZ glasses are guaranteed against any defects in conformity or hidden flaws for 2 years from the date of purchase. In the event of a detected defect (non-accidental breakage, manufacturing defect, etc.), we will repair or replace your product free of charge.

b. NOOZ commercial warranty (1 year)

• In addition, we offer a one-year warranty covering minor unintentional damages (e.g., a slightly loose temple). Damages caused by improper use (heavy impacts, exposure to extreme temperatures) are not covered.

To support you in monitoring your vision, we offer you a free eye exam one year after the purchase date of your NOOZ glasses, subject to the following conditions:

• You have a valid prescription less than 3 years old.

• You schedule an appointment with our team in-store or via our website.

Note: This exam does not replace a medical eye exam.
