What is the warranty on my Nooz glasses?
At Nooz, quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. That’s why we offer a 2-year warranty on:
All ready-to-wear reading glasses
The frames of prescription glasses
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use. If a problem arises, we’ll resolve it quickly and efficiently.
👓 What about the prescription lenses?
Prescription lenses are covered by a 30-day adaptation warranty.
If they don’t suit your needs, we’ll offer a replacement or adjustment.
❌ What’s not covered by the warranty?
The 2-year warranty does not cover:
Scratches from normal wear and tear
Damage from misuse, accidents, falls, or poor care

Warranty is applied by means of a coupon of the value of the damaged item.
This coupon has a duration of 90 days and it must be used on our site for the purchase of a new pair of glasses.
Please note that the warranty coupon do not take in charge shipping costs. These remain at customer’s expense.
Warranty covers purchases made on Amazon.
If your order was placed on Amazon less than two years ago, you can contact us directly with a proof of purchase.
Please make sure to provide some photos of your glasses so that we can identify the issue.
As soon as we receive all the information and if conditions are met, we will send you a coupon for the value of the damaged item so that you can acquire a new pair on our site.
Shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Warranty covers purchases made at a Nooz reseller.
If your purchase took place at a Nooz reseller less than two years ago, you can contact us directly with a proof of purchase.
Please make sure to provide some photos of your glasses in order for us to identify the problem.
